Ripple & Waves
I am blessed to be a part of a community that is deeply engaged in change and making a difference in each of our own lives as well as the lives of others, those close to us and complete strangers we haven’t even yet met. Most importantly this community has focused on caring for, supporting, championing and promoting each other for our shared good, improved health and each others personal growth.
I was trying to describe the group, this concept, the purpose of this to someone the other day and found myself in an almost evangelistic speech about people getting to what is important, focusing on things like health, family and friends all the way to sharing intimate personal stories of things they want to work on that left me emotionally moved and inspired to move beyond drinking more water to joining the crusade for sustainable water in impoverished countries.
The ripple of #TR30days and the group that has joined as a result is moving quickly and creating a wave of personal connections, support, belief, encouragement and care that is truly awesome. We’re talking about people thousands of miles apart sharing their personal goals and supporting each other. It’s about people coming together to say we can make a change in ourselves, in others and yes, the world we live in.
What this really is about is making a change in others! Each of us has focused on things personal to us and in the process has touched another, causing them to focus on their own health and well being. We’ve created a wave of change.
Congratulations! We have collectively started a ripple that has turned into a wave!
